Hiring Trends in multi-family

Over the past six to eight months, we’ve noticed a significant trend toward a candidate centric market. Prior to that, property management companies could take their sweet time in making hiring decisions knowing the waiting candidate really didn’t have many other alternatives. The pendulum has swung the other way. In todays environment, candidates have more alternatives and we’ve noticed that in some cases, companies who are too deliberate in their hiring process are losing the really good candidates to more aggressive organizations.
